How long does the booking process take? What methods of payment accepted? Can I use more than one payment method to pay for a reservation? And more.

Yes, some listings offer instant booking, which means you can book immediately without waiting for host approval. Just look for the “Instant Book” label on the listing. For other properties, the host must approve your request.

We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods depending on the listing and your location. All payments are processed through our secure system to protect your information.

To edit or remove a payment method:

  1. Go to Your Account > Payments

  2. Click on “Manage Payment Methods”

  3. Choose to edit or remove a method, or add a new one
    Note: You can’t remove a method tied to a pending booking.

  • For instant booking listings: your reservation is confirmed immediately.

  • For other listings: the host has up to 24 hours to accept or decline your booking request. You’ll receive a notification as soon as the host responds.

  1. Go to Your Bookings

  2. Select the reservation

  3. Click on “Cancel Booking” and follow the steps
    Note: Cancellation policies vary by listing. Please check the listing’s terms before cancelling to avoid fees.
