The bedroom is thoughtfully designed for rest and relaxation, with a comfortable bed, quality linens, and storage space. The extendable dining table under the TV can accommodate up to 8 guests — perfect for meals or hosting visitors. Additional chairs are available on request.

The modern induction kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, and tableware — ideal for preparing anything from a quick snack to a home-cooked dinner using fresh ingredients from the Maayan 2000 supermarket just downstairs.

Parking Note
Guests have access to private underground parking. Please note:

A one-time registration fee of ₪35 is required.
To enjoy free access, please provide your license plate number at least 2 hours before arrival.
Registration is only available Sunday–Thursday, 8:00–16:00.
No registrations possible on Fridays or Saturdays — parking entry on these days may incur a fee.

Important Information

Israeli citizens and yearly visa holders must add 18% VAT.
Tourists are exempt from VAT but must provide a passport and B2 visa slip.
